This Course deals with the Fundamental Integrals of Islam as mentioned to us in the famous Hadith: Islam has been based on five integrals, foundations. As we know the Religion of Islam has been based upon three principles: Knowing who Allah is, knowing his Messenger (SAW) and getting to know the religion of Islam by way of its detailed proofs from the Quran and Sunnah. It Also covers The Importance of imbibing Islamic etiquette in one’s life as a Muslim as this serves part of one’s religion. This course is ideal for the Muslim who intends to familiarise or re visit the basics of his religion.

This Course is designed to equip the student with an understanding of the main integrals of Islam: The Testimony of Faith, The Prayer and its Pre-conditions, Zakat, Fasting the month of Ramadan and Hajj. It also enables the student to grasp the understanding of these basic aspects of his religion by virtue of its detailed proofs This course is seen as a primer for the beginner student of knowledge, enabling the student to fulfill the obligation of seeking knowledge with relation to those areas of his religion obligatory upon him to know as the Prophet (SAW) said: Seeking Knowledge is Obligatory upon every Muslim. It also serves as a gateway to the more detailed sciences of the religion. The main objective of this course is to enable the student to establish his religion upon insight and to actualise his worship in a manner required of him as well as imbibing in him the Islamic etiquette.
